Ticket sales are final; no refunds or cancellations.

• Your tickets will be sent to your email. Please have them ready on your phone or printed when you arrive for entry.
• If you’re unable to locate your tickets, you can check in with an usher for assistance upon arrival.
• If you would prefer a physical ticket, you may visit the box office at Will Call starting one hour before showtime to have your tickets reprinted.

• You may request changes to your reservation by emailing afterglowtheatrecompany@gmail.com or by calling 760-981-8775.
• Exchanges are $3 per seat.
• Season ticket holders receive one free exchange per seat, per production.
• Requested dates or seat changes may incur an upgrade fee.
• Exchanges requested on the day of the performance must be made by phone and will incur an additional $8 fee.
• If there is a balance due for your new reservation prior to the performance, your tickets will be held at the box office for pick up, and payment can be made at that time.

• Afterglow Theatre Company prohibits the resale of tickets, vouchers, or promotional passes for any reason. Tickets may only be obtained directly through our official channels.
• Tickets or vouchers acquired from any other source—including unauthorized resellers, third-party websites, or social media listings—may be invalid, counterfeit, or void.
• Afterglow Theatre Company is not responsible for, and will not honor, tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers.
• We reserve the right to cancel or deny entry for any ticket or voucher that has been resold or distributed in violation of this policy.

We encourage you to double-check your dates! Unfortunately, we’re unable to reschedule missed performances or guarantee seating availability for last-minute changes.

If a performance is canceled, you may reschedule, donate tickets, or request a gift certificate. Refunds are not available.

• For mainstage productions, children ages 4–17 qualify for a child’s ticket.
• Guests ages 18 and older are required to purchase an adult ticket.
• We welcome guests of all ages, including young children and infants. However, if a child becomes disruptive (crying or fussing) during the performance, we kindly ask that they be taken outside until they are settled, so the experience is not disrupted for other guests.
• All guests must have their own ticketed seat unless otherwise noted.

Please inform us in advance if you will remain in your wheelchair or if we need to store your device backstage.

Call the theater ahead of time if you have questions or need specific assistance.

Doors open 30 minutes before showtime, so arrive early to find your seat and enjoy the atmosphere. All seats are reserved, and we kindly ask that you be in your seat before the performance begins. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management and may be assigned to alternate seating.

Tickets are reserved for the specific show and date selected and cannot be transferred to a different production.

Ticket prices and show dates are subject to change.

In the rare event that we need to cancel a performance, you’ll have the option to:
Reschedule for another date,
Donate your tickets to support the theater, or
Receive a gift certificate for the value of your tickets.

• Evening performances begin at 7:30 PM
• Sunday matinees begin at 2:30 PM
Some productions may have varying start times—please check your confirmation email or ticket for specific details

Please silence all devices before the show begins. Devices that emit light—such as phones, tablets, and smartwatches—can be distracting to performers and fellow audience members. Kindly refrain from using them during the performance. Please keep conversations to a minimum during the performance so everyone can enjoy the show.

Recording & Photography: To respect the performers and copyright laws, recording or photographing any part of the show is strictly prohibited. This includes cameras, mobile phones, and other recording devices.
